Do you provide a warranty?
Absolutely. All products have a full manufacturer’s warranty. Further, Humphries Casters and Supplies may go beyond the warranty with exchanges and refunds to assure our client’s satisfaction.
What kind of purchase programs do you offer?
We offer a variety of programs to meet your needs including:
- Blanket Orders with shipments at regular intervals
- Blanket Orders with on-demand shipments
- Purchase Order transactions
- Credit Card Transactions (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
- Bulk Purchase Discounts
- Delivered to your location, or
- Stored in our facility
Do you offer product trials?
In many instances, such as new caster applications or to make sure a fit is correct, we will provide a sample for you to evaluate. For larger items such as the hospital bed mover, we can arrange an onsite in-service for you.
